I had stayed in their Riverside Apartment from late Nov 2008 to end Dec 2008 for a total of 5 weeks. Eventhough the stay was pleasant and the service while I was in the UK was good, I am disappointed by their service after I’ve gone back home. They had charged me an additional one week accommodation which amounted to nearly 1000GBP. Eventhough I had informed them that I was leaving a week early and they acknowledge recieving my mail. THey had promised to refund me of the extra week even before I was leaving for Malaysia. Once back in Malaysia I kept emailing and calling them to ensure they refund my money. It’s been two months since my check-out and I have yet to receive a single cent of my refund.
